To mark the start of the academic year, the International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) program hosted an interactive session with the college’s CEO, Mr. Prakash Shrestha. The goal was to introduce newly admitted students to real-world perspectives on leadership from someone with deep experience in both business and education.

Mr. Shrestha shared lessons from his professional journey, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, clear decision-making, and leading with purpose. He highlighted that leadership isn’t about titles, but about influence, responsibility, and continuous learning.

More than just a welcome, the event encouraged students to think about the kind of leaders they aspire to be. It set a tone of reflection, ambition, and active learning as they begin their journey in the program.
